A look back at the 10s! Zurich
Updated: Mar 17
With a whole decade just gone by and my realisation that I've spent most of that time working for Wild Edric Media, I thought it would be fun to take a look back at our work from the 10s!
So with it being cold and grey outside right now lets take a look at the first time we went abroad to film in the beautiful city of Zurich.
We were lucky enough to be commissioned by Here To There Productions to create a theatrical trailer for the play Travesties by Tom Stoppard set in Zurich in 1917. So in September 2017 (100 years after the play was set) we managed to pack all our tech into suitcases, got all the proper paperwork for filming abroad and we were off.
We spent two days filming in the old town in Zurich trying to avoid anything modern in the background. We did gather a lot of attention when filming a scene outside a cafe and we had so much footage from the two days that we created several short 'meet the character' trailers as well as the full theatrical trailer for the show.
Here we are with the actors once we had wrapped the shoot on the second day.
It was a tiring few days but we all had a fantastic time and please have a look at what we produced by watching all the videos for Travesties here.
